Use of statistics

Each week you should post an article(s) from recent (past 3 months) newspapers, magazines or the Internet
that provide a concrete example of statistics use. The posting should be done for each there is a forum. For
each posted article you should give a short outline; you should briefly explain why you believe that the specific
article is a good candidate for the forum, what statistics it includes and how you used the information from
class you are learning to interpret the article. Specify the article’s date and source.
You should read your peers’ articles, discuss at least two or your peers’ postings each forum, and share your
opinions. Use appropriate netiquette and keep the discussions professional.
