The subject is to do with Awarding EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) Contracts in the Oil and Gas Industry for Mega-projects. So it is a mix of Project Management, Construction Management, and Contracts.
The purpose of this paper is to take all the lessons learned from previous projects from a specific company and write about them and also show how in order to be successful in EPC (execution phase of the project) how the evaluation is done, the contract is formed, etc.
